If the return is within the specified timeframe, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Returns will be processed as full refunds to the original payment method used for the purchase. However, if the customer prefers to exchange the product for a different one, we are happy to accommodate the exchange as long as the exchange operation doesn’t exceed 1 time for the same initial order.
